Dolphins, dolphins, dolphins with Ilfracombe Sea Safari

If you are staying at one of our North Devon holiday parks the Ilfracombe Sea Safari is a trip you won't want to miss. Over the weekend wildlife spotters have been delighted at the sights of an abundance of dolphins whilst onboard trips with the boat operator in Ilfracombe. 

Ilfracombe Sea Safari runs one, two and four hour trips from Ilfracombe quay, and they have two 10-metre RiB boats Voyager and Lundy Explorer. Regularly dolphins and purpoises are spotted in North Devon waters, however other wildlife can be spotted on the longer trips eg. sunfish and basking sharks, whales and various species of seabirds including puffins. 

Ilfracombe Sea Safari is a family business and my favourite part of the trip is the combination of historical facts and commentary about hidden coves and bays, not forgetting the up close and personal experience with the amazing wildlife.
