Oktoberfest 2016

The summer might be over boys and girls but here at St. Ives Holiday Village we still have Oktoberfest to look forward to! Oktoberfest will be held from 7th-10th October at John Fowler Holidays, it is traditionally a two week celebration event held in Munich and has grown all over the world, but now we are bringing Oktoberfest to our Cornwall Holiday Park! 

On Friday 7th October we have the Westcountry Fest featuring the 'Mangled Worzels' the number 1 Tribute band to the UK's favourite Cult status party band "The Wurzels". An awesome night of "Scrumpy & Western", guaranteed an evening of  singing / dancing. 

Saturday 8th October we have the Bavarian Oktoberfest day with the most entertaining Oktoberfest Oompah band on the Planet 'The Die Dorf Fest Kappelle Bavarian oompah band'. I can guarantee there will be lots of hand-clapping, Bavarian knee dancing and lots of fun for everyone. 

Traditional Bavarian entertainer Baron Von Schmidt Haus will be performing live on Sunday 9th October. He will be there to get everyone singing, clapping and swaying in their seats, guaranteeing you loads of fun, music and laughs. I know you are going to just love it!
