Tolroy Manor Holiday Park

The Park

Tolroy Manor is split into three areas: Trevithick Court, Tudor Court and Strawberry Hill. Both Trevithick Court and Tudor Court are fairly level however, as the name suggests, Strawberry Hill is on an incline. The closest area to facilities is Tudor Court. We do not have parking alongside accommodation units however we do have dedicated disabled parking spaces with easy access in every area of the park.

We have one assisted unit on park which is suitable for guests with partial mobility. The accommodation has ramp access with a handrail, widened doorways and adapted shower cubicle with seat. It has dedicated parking about 120 metres away. Please note we do not feel this would meet the requirements of a permanent wheelchair user.

Getting Around

The nearest bus stop is Ash Drive which is 0.7 miles from the park, the 515 goes into Hayle.Timetables are available from Reception. 

The nearest train station is Hayle.

A range of mobility products are available to hire locally from HSC Mobility in Hayle who can be contacted on 01736 755927.

Public Buildings

Access to Reception and the lounge bar is level, however it is split level inside. The snooker room is on the lower level and accessed via steps. The Manor Restaurant is on the first floor and accessed via steps. Arrangements can be made for meals to be served in the bar area for guests with mobility problems. The colour schemes generally provide contrast between floor, wall and doorways for the partially sighted.

Entrance to the Trevithick Club is level. There is a raised seating area however this does not prevent access to the main areas of the club (except the Foxy Shop).

There is level access to the swimming pool from a dedicated entrance. The swimming pool has a disabled toilet. Entrance into the shop is level. There are steps into the launderette.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in all public areas.

Dietary Requirements

The Manor Restaurant offers a wide range of foods which we anticipate will meet most dietary requirements. All vegetarian choices are marked on the menu. For any other allergies, please speak to our staff who will be happy to help.

Mobile Signal and WiFi

There is good mobile coverage across the park and we offer free WiFi in the main venue.
